Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. is seeking an Advisory Services Operations Manager to lead a diverse client portfolio in North America. You will supervise Ricoh employees, drive program execution, and ensure SLA attainment across sites with a focus on AI-augmented operations and cost-to-serve analytics.

The role emphasizes P&L management, multi-site coordination, and change management to sustain customer satisfaction and profitability. Overnight travel is expected in a dynamic, enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• ITIL certification helpful; ITIL 4 and PMP are desirable.
• Lean Six Sigma, change management and AI/automation basics are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attract and retain talent across the account portfolio.
• Manage revenue, gross profit and contribution for assigned accounts.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement service delivery standards.
