Responsibilities

• Support client engagements with research, analysis, and project tasks across strategy, operations, technology, and risk topics
• Gather and organize information from interviews, documents, and digital sources to frame business challenges and solutions
• Assist with data review, synthesis, and presentation development to translate findings into clear insights for the team
• Prepare draft materials, meeting summaries, and work products supporting case team deliverables
• Apply digital tools and AI-enabled workflows to improve productivity and organize task information
• Participate in problem-solving sessions and learn from feedback to improve assigned work
• Collaborate with team members on basic project activities, status tracking, and administrative tasks
• Observe client interactions and consulting methods to understand professional standards and delivery approaches
