Job summary

Apex Fintech Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager of Accounting Operations & Consolidations to lead the monthly and quarterly close, oversee intercompany eliminations, and advance automation across Finance Operations. The role requires strong leadership, ERP expertise (NetSuite), and a hands-on approach to process improvement.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in accounting/finance, multi-entity consolidation experience, and a CPA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Leads consolidation close and intercompany eliminations.
• Experience with multi-entity consolidations and ERP platforms.
• Strong analytical, process improvement and automation mindset.
• CPA or equivalent preferred for advanced accounting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own the consolidation close process end to end for all entities.
• Lead the FloQast platform adoption across close and reconciliations.
• Drive AI-enabled automation to shorten close timelines and improve controls.
• Partner with IT on NetSuite configurations and enhancements.
• Support external audit and provide audit-ready analytics.
