Job summary

SERVPRO of Columbia County is seeking an Accounting A.I. Implementor to design, deploy, and optimize AI tools across accounting workflows, including AP, AR, job costing, payroll and financial reporting.

You will collaborate with operations to streamline processes, create SOPs, and maintain data integrity while training AI agents and building dashboards for KPIs, cash flow and profitability. A solid accounting background and hands-on automation experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IS, or related field.
• 3–7 years of accounting experience (AP/AR, GL, reconciliations).
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (Power Automate, Zapier, UiPath).
• Familiarity with AI platforms (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or enterprise AI tools).
• Strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain AI tools for AP, AR, job costing, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Build automated workflows for reconciliations, variance analysis, and month-end close tasks.
• Integrate AI models with accounting systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xactimate, ERP platforms).
• Train AI agents to categorize transactions, detect anomalies, and flag compliance risks.
• Develop automated dashboards for KPIs, cash flow, job profitability, and forecasting.
• Map current accounting processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Redesign workflows to reduce manual entry, eliminate bottlenecks, and improve accuracy.
• Create SOPs, checklists, and training materials for AI-enhanced processes.
• Partner with operations to streamline job costing, billing, and insurance documentation.
• Ensure data integrity across all AI tools and accounting systems.
• Monitor AI outputs for accuracy, exceptions, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain audit trails and support GAAP compliance through automated controls.
• Oversee integrations between AI platforms, CRMs, ERPs, and financial software.
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert for AI-driven accounting processes.
• Communicate changes clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Lead adoption strategies to ensure smooth transitions and high user engagement.
