This 12-week paid internship focuses on accelerating the centralized SAP/JDE documentation repository and establishing an AI-assisted process for documenting business processes and knowledge. You will review SAP/JDE objects, collect context from tickets and CAB records, and work with SMEs to produce current-state documentation, specifications, and dependency inventories.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, with graduation between Dec 2027 and May 2029.
• Strong academic performance (GPA 3.0+).
• Available to work full-time for 12 weeks in Summer 2027.

Responsibilities

• Review SAP and JDE objects, metadata, and existing documentation to understand functionality and business processes.
• Research change tickets, Jira items, CAB records, testing docs to gather context.
• Identify documentation gaps and opportunities to improve quality and accessibility of system docs.
• Leverage AI tools to create technical summaries, process flows, draft specs, and dependency inventories.
• Develop, update, and maintain documentation for knowledge management and future enhancements.
• Organize and maintain documentation repositories for accuracy and accessibility.
• Coordinate reviews with SMEs and incorporate feedback into final deliverables.
• Support standardization of documentation practices and knowledge transfer.
