Job summary

Lead For America’s American Connection Corps (ACC) is a full-time AmeriCorps position with Dakota Resources, Inc. The ACC Member will support capacity-building for AI adoption in rural economic development, documenting workflows, building knowledge bases, and coordinating training sessions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with staff, data collection, and event coordination, all within a 12‑month term starting December 2026 and ending August 2027. U.S.

Qualifications

• Be a U.S. Citizen, National, or Lawful Permanent Resident.
• Hold a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Be 17 years of age or older by the start of service.
• Have not already served four AmeriCorps State/National terms.

Responsibilities

• Assist with documenting AI workflows and build an internal library of prompts, guides, and templates.
• Develop and maintain knowledge bases for staff and community audiences.
• Coordinate and deliver internal AI training and learning sessions.
• Prepare, distribute, collect, and compile responses for the AI in Rural EDOs survey.
• Collect and report service data, participant feedback, and activity summaries.
