Job summary

Lead For America's American Connection Corps (ACC) program seeks a dedicated AmeriCorps Member to support Dakota Resources in adopting AI for rural development. You will document AI workflows, help build internal knowledge bases, coordinate training, run surveys, collect data, and support events and learning series.

The role emphasizes collaboration, capacity-building, and bridging the digital divide to empower rural communities.

Responsibilities

• AI Workflow & Tool Support: document AI workflows and maintain an internal AI prompts library.
• Knowledge Base & Database Development: develop internal and external knowledge bases.
• Training & Learning Support: coordinate and deliver internal AI training and learning series.
• Survey Support: prepare and collect responses for staff review and program evaluation.
• Data Collection & Reporting: compile service data and feedback for evaluation.
• Event & Resource Coordination: organize virtual and in-person learning sessions.
• Member Progress Review: participate in supervision meetings to align activities with the position description.
