Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking an AI Developer Technology Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers focused on accelerating real-world DL/ML workloads on NVIDIA hardware. You will drive strategic initiatives and mentor engineers across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related computational field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years total experience, with 5+ years in a technical role and 3+ years in engineering leadership.
• Expertise in linear algebra and performance optimization for DL training and inference.
• Background in parallel programming (CUDA, OpenMP, MPI, pthreads).
• Proficiency in C/C++ and deep understanding of algorithms.
• Knowledge of CPU/GPU architecture fundamentals and low-level optimizations.
• Excellent written and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of planning and leading initiatives.

• Define and drive initiatives to advance accelerated DL/ML.
• Collaborate with research, hardware, and software teams on design.
