Qualifications

• MS or PhD in CS/CE or related field (or equivalent).
• 8+ years total experience with 5+ years in a technical role and 3+ years in leadership.
• Deep learning training/inference optimization and linear algebra expertise.
• Parallel programming background: CUDA, OpenMP, MPI, pthreads.
• C/C++ proficiency and strong knowledge of CPU/GPU architecture.
• Excellent written and presentation skills; proven initiative leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team to optimize and develop ML/DL algorithms.
• Define and drive initiatives to advance accelerated DL/ML.
• Collaborate with research, hardware, and software teams on design.
