Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking an AI Developer Technology Engineering Manager to lead a team focused on accelerating real-world DL/ML workloads and developing novel algorithms for NVIDIA hardware.

You will drive strategic technical initiatives, define goals, and work with NVIDIA Research, hardware and software groups to push the state-of-the-art in accelerated DL/ML performance. Hybrid work model with strong leadership expectations.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years total experience with 5+ in a technical role and 3+ in engineering leadership.
• Deep learning performance optimization experience.
• Background in parallel programming (CUDA, OpenMP, MPI, Pthreads).
• Proficient in C/C++ with strong algorithm skills.
• Strong CPU/GPU architecture knowledge and low-level optimization.
