Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an AI DevOps Analyst to help build, connect, deploy, and support AI tools and automated workflows across Booz Allen teams in McLean, VA. You’ll collaborate with engineers, product owners, cybersecurity practitioners, and platform teams to turn operational needs into practical, secure solutions.

Responsibilities include deploying AI tools, operating the AI Gateway, creating automation scripts, supporting testing and releases, ensuring secure access and data

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software engineering, systems integration, or a related technical field.
• Experience supporting or implementing AI tools, automation platforms, or APIs.
• Experience scripting in Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell.
• Experience integrating systems via APIs or service architectures.
• Experience troubleshooting and documenting solutions in operations.
• Experience with cloud platforms, IAM, monitoring, and logging.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and nontechnical teammates.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in an agile environment.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup, testing, deployment and ongoing support of AI tools and automated workflows.
• Operate the AI Gateway, manage access, connections, usage tracking and audit logs.
• Build secure connections among AI tools, APIs, enterprise apps and workflows.
• Develop automation scripts, runbooks, and user guidance.
• Assist with testing, troubleshooting and release activities for AI tools.
• Ensure secure access, data handling, sign-in and logging.
• Monitor tool performance and user feedback; investigate issues.
• Contribute to design discussions, configuration reviews, and backlog refinement.
• Communicate status, risks and recommendations to stakeholders.
