Job summary

Dell Technologies Inc. in Hopkinton, MA is seeking engineers to build and operate an agentic development platform.

You will implement CI/CD, orchestration, quality gates, MCP integrations, and enterprise agent lifecycle processes to improve developer productivity and reliability. You will develop shared services, tooling, and knowledge base standards, driving automation, testing, observability, and developer experience across teams.

Qualifications

• At least three years of software engineering experience.
• Familiar with modern software development practices and the AI agent landscape.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into concrete deliverables and communicate clearly across engineering, product, security, and infrastructure teams.

Requirements:

Candidates should communicate clearly and collaborate across engineering, product, security, and infrastructure; experience with agentic tools, MCP, enterprise AI governance, platform engineering, or developer productivity measurement is desirable.
