Job summary

Inception seeks a candidate to lead the public technical voice for the Mercury family of models. You will ship runnable code, publish benchmarks, and build integrations developers reach for across playgrounds, docs, and samples.

You will collaborate with researchers, Head of Marketing, Sales, Product and Engineering to define technical content strategy, demos, and developer-facing experiences that accelerate adoption of Mercury.

Responsibilities

• Ship a runnable technical artifact every ~2 days: a demo, a benchmark, a tutorial, an integration, or a technical blog post
• Author the technical blog cadence, a minimum of 2-3 quality technical posts per month
• Build public demos showing Mercury's speed and capability on realistic developer workloads (voice, agents, search/RAG, coding)
• Publish honest benchmarks with reproducible methodology alongside Eval team; own the response when public benchmarks are contested
• Contribute to product surfaces where developers land: playground, docs, integration guides, code samples
• Partner with Head of Marketing on content strategy: shared editorial calendar, joint decisions on prioritization
