Job summary

Gallagher is seeking an AI Developer to design and ship components for Gallagher's enterprise AI solutions. You will write production C#/.NET and Python code for RAG pipelines, AI agents, and Copilot integrations on our Azure stack, taking ownership of features in a regulated insurance environment where correctness, security, and auditability matter as much as speed.

You will build production AI features, integrate across the Azure ecosystem, and test and review your work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field or demonstrable equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of professional software engineering experience; internships/co-ops count.
• Experience with C#/.NET and Python in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Build production AI features across GenAI and agentic systems in C#/.NET and Python.
• Integrate AI capabilities into Azure stack and secure REST APIs.
• Write tests and participate in code/design reviews to ensure quality and security.
• Deliver features to internal enterprise applications and support them post-launch.
• Follow governance controls for responsible-AI, data residency, and auditing.
