Church & Dwight Co., Inc. invites applications for a 2027 graduate co-op AI Developer. The program runs from late May 2027 through March 2028 and offers hands-on work with AI/ML solutions, leadership exposure, and professional development.

The role blends in-office collaboration in Ewing, NJ with remote work during school terms. You’ll develop AI prototypes, work with LLMs, and contribute to responsible AI initiatives across business functions.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a master’s program in CS/AI/DS.
• Experience with Python and ML concepts.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• US work authorization; must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or green card holder.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prototype AI/ML solutions addressing real-world business needs.
• Build and test applications using generative AI, LLMs, and related technologies.
• Create prompts, workflows, and evaluation methods for AI outputs.
• Prepare, transform, and retrieve structured and unstructured data for AI apps.
• Write clean, maintainable code using Python, SQL, and related languages.
• Explore APIs, AI/ML frameworks, embeddings, vector databases, RAG, and AI agents.
• Assess AI solutions for accuracy, reliability, safety, performance, and business value.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into prototypes.
• Document approaches, results, and recommendations.
• Present prototypes and insights to stakeholders.
• Research emerging AI capabilities for responsible use.
