Job Summary

We're looking for an AI Developer with strong Python skills and deep experience across AWS services to design, build, and operationalize machine learning and generative AI solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. You will work end‑to‑end—from data ingestion and feature engineering through model training, deployment, and monitoring—owning production‑grade systems that scale.

Responsibilities

• Build, fine‑tune, and evaluate ML and GenAI models (e.g., classification, ranking, NLP, embeddings, RAG) using Python with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit‑learn.
• Design and implement production pipelines using SageMaker, Lambda, Step Functions, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB/Redshift, Glue/Athena, and KMS/IAM.
• Develop scalable data ingestion and feature pipelines; operationalize training and batch/real‑time inference.
• Ship reliable inference APIs with FastAPI or AWS API Gateway; package with Docker; deploy via ECS/EKS/SageMaker Endpoints.
• Set up CI/CD (GitHub Actions/AWS CodePipeline), experiment tracking (MLflow), artifact/version management (DVC/ECR/S3), and automated retraining.

Qualifications

• Expert level experience as a software engineer building APIs in Python.
• Experience building LLMs for AI and ML, and working on AI‑driven projects.
• AWS expertise—Lambda, SageMaker, Step Functions, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, Redshift, Glue, Athena, KMS/IAM.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with FastAPI, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

Location & Compensation

Contract position based out of Miami, FL. Pay range: $55.00–$70.00 per hour.
