Job summary

Core States Group seeks a Design Technology AI Lead to own externally sourced AI tools and drive adoption across Architecture & Engineering, Civil, and Construction. You will scout, pilot, and roll out Autodesk Assistant, Forma AI, and SketchUp AI to boost production efficiency and embed tools into project workflows.

You will partner with Leads to identify workflow gaps, build ROI analyses, manage vendor relationships, and develop training materials for rapid adoption across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; 10+ years accepted in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of experience in the AEC industry.
• Experience evaluating, piloting, or deploying software and AI tools in design or production.
• Experience managing a product roadmap or vendor relationships preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as CSG's Design Technology AI Leader for externally sourced AI tools.
• Own AI Enablement Charter across A&E, Civil, and Construction.
• Scout, evaluate, and pilot third‑party AI tools for production needs.
• Build ROI analyses and rollout plans; own go/no-go decisions.
• Partner with Design Technology Leads to embed tools into workflows.
• Support AI Champions on the production floor and identify best-fit solutions.
• Coordinate with the Product Manager to align roadmaps and avoid duplicates.
• Define and track adoption metrics for rolled-out tools.
