Job summary

Figma is seeking an AI Model Designer to bridge AI research innovations with design principles and help teach models to be better copilots for designers. You will work across all Figma products to improve AI models' design capabilities and oversee evaluation quality, in a full-time role that can be based in US hubs or fully remote in the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience developing design heuristics and design principles.
• Experience leading design efforts across multiple products.
• Experience using AI models for design tasks, coding or image models.
• Proven track record managing complex cross-team projects.
• Experience managing contractors on tight timelines.
• Strong design background with excellent taste and attention to detail.
