Job summary

Peregrine is seeking an Implementation Manager to oversee the deployment of its AI-enabled platform for a portfolio of public safety and government customers across multiple jurisdictions. You will guide every deployment from kickoff through go-live, coordinating data source integrations, permissions, and training.

The role emphasizes rapid, reliable launches, hands-on collaboration with customer IT, and developing scalable deployment playbooks.

Qualifications

3–6 years of enterprise software implementation or deployment experience.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects to tight timelines.
Comfort with data connectivity, permissions, and data-model concepts without coding.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end deployment lifecycle for a portfolio of customers — kickoff to go-live.
Direct AI agents to execute integrations, configure data models, and set up front-end configurations.
Drive network access and data source connectivity with customer IT stakeholders.
Facilitate virtual kickoffs and working sessions to align customer stakeholders and establish a project cadence.
Run lean QA and training sessions to upskill customer POCs for self-service tools.
Manage end-to-end permissions configuration, testing and validation.
Maintain rigorous task management across deployments and surface blockers.
Identify patterns to refine agent prompts and deployment playbooks to raise quality.
