Job summary

Titan is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to lead AI-driven deployments for MSPs and enterprise partners. You will own discovery, scoping, build, and production rollout, architect integrations, write production code, and deploy agents at scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience.
• Experience shipping complex systems in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Production-grade code in TypeScript or Python.
• Experience with LLM-powered systems and model-driven product experiences.
• Customer and partner-facing collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

• Own technical delivery across deployments from first integration to production.
• Define problems to solve in each deployment and scope what to build.
• Build performant and reliable agents, integrations, and systems.
• Embed with portfolio teams and customers to drive adoption.
• Architect and build high-quality software powering Titan's platform.
• Replicate successful approaches into reusable tools and playbooks.
