Job summary

Glorium Technologies Corp is seeking a leader to own the technical delivery of small, AI-driven client engagements, turning a shaped backlog into shipped software through AI agents and skills you design, plus supporting developers and QA.

You will mentor developers and QA, collaborate with POs/clients to align delivery with business goals, and manage scope, schedule, quality, and risk across projects in a highly flexible remote/hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software delivery or engineering leadership with shipping accountability.
• 1+ years building custom agents and skills with concrete delivery examples.
• Hands-on engineering background, not only process management.
• Strong SDLC, QA and release fundamentals.
• Clear communication of status and risk to non-technical stakeholders.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level.

Responsibilities

• Design and write the project's AI agents and skills (Codex, Claude Code or comparable).
• Choose and combine agents, skills and models to fit project goals and evolve setup over time.
• Own build, test and release execution, directing agents and people day to day.
• Turn a validated backlog into an executable delivery plan without every detail spelled out.
• Unblock stalled delivery by triaging large backlogs quickly.
• Work with the PO or client to keep delivery aligned with business goals.
• Track and report scope, schedule, quality and risk to client and internal teams.
• Raise the team's baseline by mentoring developers and QA on agent-driven delivery.

You own the technical delivery of small, AI-driven client engagements. You take a reasonably shaped backlog and turn it into shipped software through AI agents and skills you design, plus any supporting developers and QA. Requirements come from a PO/BA or the client.

A new team member will be in charge of:

• Design and write the project's own AI agents and skills (Codex, Claude Code or comparable), not just prompt off-the-shelf tools.
• Choose and combine agents, skills and models to fit the project's business and technical goals, and keep changing that setup as the project evolves.
• Own build, test and release execution, directing agents and people day to day.
• Turn a validated backlog into an executable delivery plan without every detail spelled out.
• Unblock stalled delivery by triaging large backlogs at speed — days, not weeks.
• Work with the PO or client to keep delivery aligned with business goals, and push back on work that doesn't serve the release.
• Track and report scope, schedule, quality and risk, both to the client and internally.
• Raise the team's baseline by mentoring developers and QA on agent-driven delivery.

Does this relate to you?

• 5+ years in software delivery, technical program management or engineering leadership, with direct accountability for shipping.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience building custom agents and skills for real delivery work, with concrete examples of an agent setup you designed and what it shipped.
• A hands-on engineering background, not only process management.
• Strong SDLC, QA and release fundamentals.
• Clear communication of status and risk to non-technical stakeholders.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level.
