Job summary

G-III Apparel Group seeks a Senior Manager of AI Operations & Enablement to translate AI priorities into structured programs across IT and business lines. You will orchestrate end-to-end delivery, coordinate pilots, manage dependencies, and remove blockers to move AI initiatives from concept to measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6–9+ years in program management, product operations, or related roles.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through adoption.
• Strong program and portfolio management skills with executive reporting.
• Ability translate business needs into execution plans and roadmaps.
• Hands-on with enterprise AI, data/analytics, automation and change management.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and enterprise change practices.

Responsibilities

• Translate AI strategy into executable roadmaps, milestones, owners, and timelines.
• Manage AI initiative portfolio across brands and functions with visibility into status and risks.
• Drive cross-functional accountability from discovery to adoption and stabilization.
• Provide concise execution updates and escalation needs to SVP and leadership.
• Establish repeatable playbooks for AI pilots, tools, and workflows.
• Coordinate kickoff, testing, readiness, launch, and post-launch activities.
