Job summary

onsemi is seeking a Product Line Manager to drive market strategy and product direction for AI Datacenter Infrastructure, Power Supplies, Energy Storage, SST, and advanced power systems in San Jose, CA. You will oversee roadmaps, customer engagements, and business growth across multiple power technologies.

The role requires deep knowledge of power electronics, 12+ years in PLM or related roles, and strong leadership to coordinate with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• MSEE or equivalent technical degree.
• 12+ years in Product Line Management or related roles.
• Strong understanding of power electronics and power conversion architectures.
• Experience with Power MOSFETs / IGBTs and Power Modules.
• Knowledge of AI Datacenter power architectures including PSU, IBC, BBU, PDU, and rack power delivery.
• Desirable: Energy Storage Systems (ESS), Solid State Transformers (SST), Grid Infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ownership of product strategy, business planning, pricing, forecasting, and roadmaps.
• Strong leadership, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Travel up to 20% of time.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for AI Datacenter Infrastructure and advanced power systems.
• Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer requirements.
• Identify strategic growth opportunities across AI Datacenters, PSU, BBU, PDU, SST, and Grid Infrastructure.
• Develop system-level understanding of customer challenges and market dynamics.
• Establish onsemi as a thought leader in AI power delivery architectures.
• Translate market requirements into actionable product and technology roadmaps.
• Own business planning, TAM/SAM/SOM analysis, revenue forecasting, and go-to-market strategies.
• Engage with strategic customers, hyperscalers, OEMs, ODMs, and system providers.
