Job summary

Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. in Kirkland, WA seeks a self-motivated Product Marketing Manager to shape our new product strategy and execution. You will collaborate with IC design, Field & Factory Application Engineers, Sales and Marketing Communications to ensure timely product launches and strong market adoption.

Travel up to 30% may be required. You will define products, manage launches, pricing, and competitive analysis, while handling inquiries from sales, field engineers and customers.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years experience in Marketing / Applications within an Analog IC Company.
• Power management background is essential.
• Computing background is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in an extremely fast-paced, start-up environment.
• BSEE or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Define new product definitions and launches.
• Set pricing and perform competitive analyses.
• Visit customers and promote products.
• Troubleshoot issues and respond to field queries.
• Produce advertising, editorials and collateral materials.
• Handle Q&A from field and customers.
