Job summary

Infosys DNA (Data and Analytics) unit seeks a Technology Consultant 2 to drive requirements documentation, design discussions, and code integration for data-driven software solutions. You will support testing, production issue resolution, and knowledge transfer across teams.

Ideal candidates bring strong SQL/ETL expertise, experience with Starburst/Trino, Oracle databases, and data warehousing concepts, with preference for Hadoop/Hive exposure and big data frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; three years in lieu of education accepted.
• Experience with Starburst/Trino, SQL/PL/SQL development and data warehousing concepts.
• Knowledge of Hadoop, Hive and big data tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to requirements elicitation by documenting assigned business needs.
• Facilitate design discussions and document decisions for software solutions.
• Participate in coding and integrate new features while maintaining stability.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain code repositories.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes.
• Develop user training materials and support frameworks for new software.
