Job summary

Infosys DNA is seeking a Technology Consultant 2 to help transform data into actionable insights through Talend and Snowflake-based solutions. The role involves requirements elicitation, design discussions, coding, testing, and delivering robust software with thorough documentation and user training.

You will contribute to production issue resolution, improve system reliability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across the full SDLC.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; three years of progressively responsible experience may substitute for education.
Willingness to relocate and travel to work/project location within the United States.

Responsibilities

Contribute to requirements elicitation and document assigned parts of business requirements.
Facilitate design discussions and document decisions guiding the technical team.
Participate in coding, integrate features, and maintain system stability.
Perform code reviews, update codebases, and manage repositories.
Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes.
Develop user training, documentation, and support frameworks for new software.
Resolve production issues and propose preventive reliability improvements.
Maintain comprehensive records of code, tests, and support activities.
