Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in AI and data with progressive management responsibilities.
• Proven experience managing teams and delivering AI and data-driven solutions.
• Strong knowledge of AI models, data architectures, and analytics methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Direct AI and data strategies established by Senior Management and Executives.
• Oversee development and deployment of AI models and data architectures.
• Lead cross-team collaboration to integrate AI solutions into business applications.
• Conduct experiments and assess AI initiative performance.
• Promote innovation by contributing to IP and advancing AI capabilities.
• Manage multiple AI and data teams led by junior management.
• Develop and enforce AI and data governance standards.
• Coach teammates to build AI expertise and foster a data-driven culture.
• Influence leadership decisions through data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to apply AI and analytics for actionable insights.
