Job summary

OCC is seeking a skilled data/AI engineer to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deploy AI-driven data solutions across our platforms. You will build Python tools, integrate enterprise data sources, and lead RAG system deployments with embedded vector databases.

You will also help shape architectural standards and mentor teammates. The role supports hybrid work arrangements (up to 40% telecommuting) and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, analytics, or related field.
• Two years of experience as data analyst, data analytics engineering associate, or related.
• Experience with Python software development and AI platform integrations (Claude Enterprise) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI data solutions into products.
• Develop and deploy ML models and AI capabilities across platforms.
• Create Python tooling and data processing scripts to support enterprise data systems.
• Lead architectural design and best practices for AI data services.
• Mentor team members and guide product teams on AI implementation.
