Job summary

TWG Group Holdings, LLC (TWG Global) is seeking a Data Science Intern on the SOLT team to design, build, and test production AI systems spanning predictive modeling, time series, RL, optimization, and LLM-powered applications. You will work on real business problems with production scope, guided by senior data scientists.

You will train as a forward-deployed data scientist, gaining hands-on experience and direct exposure to business stakeholders while translating complex workflows into AI

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master's or PhD program in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Hands-on experience building LLM applications, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, parsing, and evaluation.
• Proficiency in Python and data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to production AI systems powering business workflows across a diversified portfolio.
• Train as a forward-deployed data scientist, under experienced mentors, on predictive modeling and experimentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to turn business requirements into technical tasks.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to project performance measurement.
