TWG Group Holdings, LLC is seeking a Senior Associate, Data Scientist to join our AI-first, cloud-native journey. You will work with data scientists and ML engineers to design and apply data-driven models delivering measurable business value across finance, insurance, and operations.

You’ll operate within a decentralized structure that supports rapid transformation and strategic growth. The role offers on-site work in Santa Monica, CA or New York, NY, with a compensation package including base

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience applying data science in a professional setting.
• Strong background in statistical modeling, ML fundamentals, and experimental design.
• Experience with predictive modeling: regression, classification, clustering, and time-series.
• Proficient in Python and data-science libraries; SQL and large data manipulation.
• Experience building dashboards and communicating insights to stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a quantitative field.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development and ownership of predictive and statistical models.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and hypothesis testing.
• Collaborate with senior data scientists to refine models and improve accuracy.
• Design and evaluate experiments and A/B tests with rigorous impact measurement.
• Clean, transform, and prepare data from diverse sources for analysis.
• Build dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Stay current with new data science methods and apply them in prototyping.
• Document workflows and contribute to the knowledge base.
