Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Data Science, or STEM with collegiate-level coursework in Mathematics and Statistics
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Python programming
• Active Secret security clearance required
• Ability to work on-site in Arlington, VA
• Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Responsibilities

• Developing and applying data science and analytics solutions to support client mission objectives
• Analyzing structured and unstructured data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights
• Building, testing, and refining models, analytical approaches, and data products for client use
• Collaborating with client stakeholders and project teams to translate operational needs into analytical outputs
• Preparing documentation, briefings, and deliverables to support project execution and client decision-making
