Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Senior Data & AI Delivery Manager to lead cross‑functional teams from discovery through delivery, ensuring timely, value‑driven outcomes. You will apply lean, agile and flow-based methods, manage risks, and align resources to maximize impact for data products.

Collaboration with Commercialization and enterprise AI teams is essential. You will partner with product managers to refine user stories, manage dependencies, and advocate for security, privacy, and data governance

Qualifications

Strong agile, lean, and flowbased delivery expertise.
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Spanish preferred.
Familiarity with data engineering, cloud platforms, and AI delivery.

Responsibilities

Leads endtoend delivery execution and ensures predictable, highquality delivery.
Coordinates planning, agile ceremonies, discoverytodelivery handoffs, sprint cadence, and retrospectives.
Collaborates with product team to create and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases that articulate customer value and expected outcomes.
Supports product leadership in ensuring products meet security, privacy, audit, and data governance requirements.
