Job summary

PacSci EMC seeks a hands-on AI engineering leader to accelerate enterprise AI adoption and build governed data foundations. This leader develops, deploys, and sustains production AI and data capabilities while guiding a small team across data engineering, architecture, and analytics development.

The role leads Palantir Foundry efforts, advances data stewardship and lifecycle management, and implements self-service tools with governance guardrails.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics, data platforms, AI enablement, or data governance.
• Hands-on with production AI and data solutions, pipelines and observability.
• Proficient in SQL and Python/PySpark; data modeling and orchestration.
• Experience with Purview and enterprise data governance/lifecycle management.
• Ability to guide architectural decisions and coordinate delivery across teams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and implement secure AI tools; deploy priority solutions.
• Identify AI opportunities across functions and translate challenges into measurable outcomes.
• Lead and develop a small team across data engineering, architecture, and analytics.
• Lead Palantir Foundry efforts with governance and data readiness.
• Establish data warehousing, stewardship, lifecycle management, and access controls.
• Enable self-service analytics with guardrails and training for business users.
• Partner with analytics developers to deliver dashboards and signals for visibility.
• Maintain reliability of AI and data assets with monitoring and production support.
