You will track vendor deliverables, ensure compliance with data governance (CCPA/CPRA), and maintain dashboards to accelerate pre-training data readiness. The role demands strong project management and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Operational background in fast-paced tech environments such as Technical Project Management or AI/Tech Operations.
• Experience coordinating data licensing and vendor pipelines with attention to details.
• Familiarity with AI/ML data workflows and human-in-the-loop concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Data Strategy Execution by translating roadmaps into data sourcing plans.
• Coordinate Vendor & Partner Relations as primary contact for external data providers.
• Streamline Data Evaluation Workflows for internal technical reviews and quality metrics.
• Maintain Data Pipelines by documenting data specs and tracking integration into pipelines.
• Assist with Data Governance Tracking with Legal, Privacy, and Security teams for compliance logs.
• Drive Operational Efficiency by maintaining dashboards and documentation.
