Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python and Bash in Linux environments.
• Experience building/operating production data pipelines or large-scale data processing.

Responsibilities

• Discover new data sources and build reliable pipelines for training datasets.
• Build and optimize large-scale data-processing systems for model training.
• Collaborate with AI scientists to improve training data quality and support next-generation models.
• Own engineering projects from problem discovery through implementation and continuous improvement.
