Job summary

Particle41 is seeking a Data Science & Engineering Lead to drive AI and data innovation. You will design and deploy high-impact ML models, optimize data systems, and deliver actionable insights across the business.

You’ll work with Databricks, Spark, Azure, and AWS, building scalable pipelines and lakehouse architectures, mentoring teammates, and guiding cross‑functional data solutions to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• Experience designing end-to-end ML/DS solutions for business problems.
• Strong background in supervised/unsupervised learning and NLP/CV is a plus.
• Experience deploying ML models in production using MLOps tools.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and communicate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ML models to solve real-world business problems.
• Lead model development for neural networks and transformers.
• Drive NLP advancements using language models.
• Oversee computer vision model development with OpenCV.
• Lead time-series forecasting and anomaly detection projects.
• Build scalable data pipelines for streaming and batch data.
• Oversee MLOps pipelines for production deployment.
• Develop BI dashboards for actionable insights.
