Speechify is seeking a Software Engineer - AI Data to join its remote, distributed team and build data pipelines that power model training and next-generation AI products. You'll discover new audio data sources, design large-scale data-processing systems, and collaborate with AI scientists to improve training datasets, balancing quality, throughput, and cost while owning projects end-to-end.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with backend focus.
• Strong Python and Bash skills in Linux environments.
• Experience building and operating production data pipelines or large-scale data processing.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

Responsabilidades

• Discover new audio data sources and build reliable training data pipelines.
• Develop and optimize large-scale data-processing systems for quality and cost.
• Collaborate with AI Scientists to improve training datasets and models.
• Own engineering projects from discovery to implementation and iteration.
