Job summary

Speechify is seeking a Software Engineer - AI Data to join its AI team and build data pipelines powering model training and next-generation AI products. You will create high-quality datasets at scale by combining engineering, infrastructure, and research, solving complex problems and exploring new data sources.

You will collaborate with AI scientists to improve training datasets and support model development, taking ownership of projects from discovery through delivery in a fully distributed

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong backend development fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Python and Bash in Linux environments.
• Experience building and operating production data pipelines.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
