We operate in a 100% distributed setting with no office, collaborating with frontend/backend engineers, AI researchers, and others from top tech companies and universities.

The role focuses on discovering data sources, building scalable pipelines, and enabling efficient AI training, with ownership of projects from inception to improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python and Bash in Linux environments.
• Experience building and operating production data pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving, initiative, and independence.

• Discover new data sources and build pipelines for training datasets.
• Build and improve large-scale data-processing systems for quality, throughput, cost.
• Collaborate with AI Scientists to improve training datasets and models.
• Own engineering projects from discovery to implementation and improvement.
