Your Personal AI AS is seeking a detail-oriented operations specialist to scale data collection pipelines across speech, audio, text, and visual content while collaborating with AI researchers and product teams.

You will design end-to-end participant journeys, optimize workflows, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, remote contract environment with significant autonomy.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in data operations, crowdsourcing platforms, content moderation, or research operations
• Proven track record meeting aggressive KPIs while maintaining quality standards
• Experience managing 100+ participants or contributors simultaneously
• Operational mindset with the ability to optimize workflows
• Strong written English communication and ability to explain processes clearly

• Build scalable processes to meet weekly throughput targets across 3-5 active projects

What You'll Own

Pipeline Management & Participant Experience

• Design and execute end-to-end participant journeys from recruitment through final payout
• Build scalable processes to consistently hit weekly throughput targets across 3-5 active projects
• Create seamless onboarding experiences that maximize participant completion rates

Process Optimization & Automation

• Identify repetitive tasks and implement systems to streamline operations
• Build tracking and monitoring systems that give stakeholders real-time project visibility
• Design workflows that minimize manual touchpoints while maintaining quality control

Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Develop sampling strategies and quality control checkpoints to maintain 95%+ acceptance rates
• Ensure bulletproof compliance with consent protocols and data handling requirements
• Implement rapid feedback loops to minimize re-work and optimize participant experience

Operations Excellence

• Provide lightning-fast technical support (sub-12 hour response time) across multiple channels
• Generate actionable weekly reports with clear recommendations for process improvements
• Identify bottlenecks before they impact delivery and proactively implement solutions

Requirements

• Essential Experience 1-3 years in data operations, crowdsourcing platforms, content moderation, or research operations
• Proven track record meeting aggressive KPIs while maintaining quality standards
• Experience managing 100+ participants or contributors simultaneously
