Dominion Energy is seeking a Senior Change Management/Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide change programs with high visibility and impact. You will develop adoption strategies, advise executives on readiness and sponsorship, and guide governance across multiple initiatives.
The role requires 7–8+ years in project management and change management, a Bachelor’s degree, and a PMP or equivalent certification is strongly preferred. Travel up to 25% and a hybrid work schedule are included.

Lead enterprise-wide change programs with high organizational visibility and impact. Develop and oversee integrated implementation and adoption strategies. Advise leaders on readiness, stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, and adoption planning. Drive governance, prioritization, and resource planning across multiple initiatives. Guide stakeholder engagement and sponsorship strategies. Monitor adoption, value realization, and organizational performance indicators. Present executive-level recommendations, risks, and progress updates. Mentor project managers and contribute to enterprise change management standards and practice. Translate complex business, technology, and AI-enabled initiatives into practical, audience-specific communications and adoption plans.
