Job summary

Futura is seeking a ground-floor infrastructure leader to scale compute infrastructure for frontier AI. You will own end-to-end delivery as the team builds data-center capacity at gigawatt scale, with decisions that shape the future of technology.

This is a confidential search with high visibility and real ownership from day one. Relocation to Louisiana or Indiana is fully covered, and relocation logistics are handled by the company.

The mission

We're building the compute infrastructure that determines who shapes the future of AI. Whoever deploys frontier compute fastest — at gigawatt scale — decides whether that future expands human freedom or narrows it. This is a confidential search on behalf of a company doing exactly that: acquiring power, designing and building data centers, and operating them, faster than anyone else in the market.

• Ground-floor role on infrastructure that's scaling from single digits to 10s-100s of GW — the work you do now sets the standard for how it's built going forward

Who we're looking for

• People from startups, or with a demonstrated track record of shipping under pressure without hand-holding
• You've owned outcomes with real consequences — not just contributed to them
• You make decisions with incomplete information and move anyway
• You don't need a manager checking in to stay accountable — you hold yourself to a higher bar than anyone else would
