Job summary

Futura is hiring for on-site roles in Louisiana and Indiana with full relocation support. You will join a fast-paced team building scalable compute infrastructure for AI leadership, operating with real responsibility from day one.

Candidates should be comfortable with hands-on work, ownership of their piece of the job, and rapid problem-solving on-site. Relocation and housing logistics are fully covered by the company, with active interviewing ongoing.

What's required

• Willingness to relocate to Louisiana, Texas, New York, or Indiana — the company covers moving costs, housing search, and all logistics. No capital, no plan needed, just the decision.
• Experience with logistics, materials handling, inventory, or equipment coordination (data center, industrial, construction, or military background all relevant)
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-trust environment with real stakes attached to your output
