Futura Energy Group is partnering with a leading AI infrastructure innovator to hire a Site Manager supporting next-generation hyperscale AI data centers.

Locations:

Buffalo, NY - Onsite 5 days (relocation assistance provided)

This role is accountable for uptime, team performance, and execution across one or multiple datacenter facilities. This role owns the full operational engine - facilities, hardware operations, and logistics - ensuring all functions operate cohesively.

Why This Role Matters

AI infrastructure only performs as well as the site operating it.

This is not an infrastructure-only role.

This is end-to-end site ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Own 24x7 uptime and overall site operational performance
• Lead incident command and escalation during critical events
• Oversee facilities, hardware operations, and logistics as one unified operation
• Drive staffing strategy, shift coverage, and team accountability
• Track and improve KPIs (MTTR, uptime, capacity utilization, inventory accuracy)
• Ensure operational readiness as AI capacity expands

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data center or mission-critical operations
• Experience leading technical teams in 24x7 environments
• Strong understanding of facilities, hardware, and operational workflows
• Proven leadership under pressure in high-availability environments
• High-ownership mindset and comfort operating in a fast-scaling environment
• $120K–$200K base salary + pre-IPO equity
• $10K post-tax relocation bonus (paid on first paycheck)
