Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Solutions Architect for Datacenter Infrastructure to join the NVIS team and lead planning and deployments of AI data centers, including power, cooling, cabling, and network provisioning. You will validate implementations to NVIDIA reference architectures and standards.

The role emphasizes data center audit, planning, deployment, and ensuring infrastructure integrity with compute, network, telemetry, and power systems. Travel up to 40% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years in enterprise or hyperscale data centers with deployment experience.
• Experience in data center operations or infrastructure management for large-scale deployments.
• Strong knowledge of data center stack: power distribution, liquid cooling, servers, networking, storage, and pre-deployment planning.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to plan and implement data center infrastructure solutions based on NVIDIA Datacenter reference architecture.
• Plan and manage deployment of AI infrastructure solutions including rack-scale, liquid-cooled compute and networking hardware.
• Conduct pre-deployment planning, network port mapping, fiber cabling BOM, risk identification, vendor training and process improvements.
• Evaluate proposals for consistency with standards and regulatory requirements; provide feedback for performance, scalability and cost-efficiency.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting and validation of compute systems with product and engineering teams.
• Mentor the NVIS team to ensure successful deployments and knowledge transfer.
• Establish quality assurance processes and conduct thorough bring-up, testing, and validation of infrastructure components.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance data center infrastructure efficiency, resilience and sustainability.
• Collaborate across internal teams, external vendors, and customers to enable seamless integration and serve as domain expert.
