Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Solutions Architect in Data Center Infrastructure to join our NVIS team. You will plan and deploy data center infrastructure and validate against NVIDIA reference architectures.

You will collaborate across teams, lead pre-deploy planning, and ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of power, cooling, networking, and cabling. This role may require travel up to 40% and offers equity and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years in enterprise/hyperscale data centers with ongoing deployments.
• Experience in data center operations or infrastructure management for large deployments.
• Strong knowledge of power distribution, cooling, servers, networking, storage and pre-deployment planning.
• Certification preferred.
• Proven leadership in fluid environments and adaptability.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to plan and implement data center infrastructure based on reference architecture.
• Plan and manage deployment of AI infrastructure including rack-scale, liquid-cooled compute and networking hardware.
• Conduct pre-deployment planning: cluster architecture, network port mapping, BOM, risks, vendor training.
• Evaluate designs against standards; provide feedback to improve performance and cost.
• Test, troubleshoot, and validate compute systems with product/engineering teams.
• Mentor the NVIS team and ensure success in roles.
• Establish QA processes and verify deployments meet specs and benchmarks.
• Drive continuous improvement for efficiency, resilience, and sustainability.
