Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS), a division of Amphenol Corporation, is seeking an AI Data & Business Analyst to join our NPI team in Etters, PA. This role translates complex engineering workflows into clear analytics, dashboards, and actionable insights.

You will work with multiple groups—NPI, Industrial, Process, Test, Quality, and Program Management—to define data standards, capture KPIs, and drive adoption of AI-enabled tools across global sites, with travel 10-15%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years in business/data analysis or engineering analytics in manufacturing/NPI
• Experience mapping workflows and tracking KPIs and data quality
• Strong SQL, Excel, and Power BI; data reconciliation across sources
• Able to translate problems into structured requirements and actionable recommendations
• Excellent communication and change-management skills; travel 10-15%

Responsibilities

• Translate complex engineering workflows into clear requirements and insights
• Map current processes and define trusted data definitions for analytics
• Create cost-modeling and capacity analytics for NPI readiness
• Develop dashboards and reports showing trends and opportunities
• Partner with AI software team to define automation requirements
• Establish baselines, train users, and drive adoption across global sites
