Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and visionary AI Data Architect to lead the development of onboarding and migration solutions powered by AI and cloud-native technologies. This role is critical to accelerating our customers' transition from legacy platforms onto our systems—making onboarding not just seamless, but a competitive differentiator. You'll play a key role in shaping how data, AI, and user experience intersect across our product ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Common Data Model Alignment: Leverage a unified data model to support cross-system integration and accelerate onboarding timelines.
- ETL and Replication:Design and maintain data integration workflows focused on extracting, transforming, and migrating data from various sources to a destination system.
- Customer Data Migration: Architect scalable solutions that automate and simplify the transition of customer data from external platforms into our systems, ensuring high integrity, compliance, and usability.
- AI-Driven Onboarding Experiences: Design intelligent workflows and tools that guide customers through migration and setup using AI-powered recommendations, validations, and data mapping strategies.
- Vector Database Architecture: Design and maintain vector-based storage solutions that support semantic search, personalization, and AI-driven onboarding flows.
- Modern Data Infrastructure: Build secure, cloud-native pipelines that support onboarding analytics, self-service capabilities, application telemetry and real-time progress tracking.
- GenAI Agent Integration: Develop and maintain generative AI agents using RAG or other fine-tuning concepts that assist users and internal teams throughout the onboarding and migration process.
Requirements
Skills & Requirements
- 5+ yearsof experience in data architecture, cloud architecture, or AI/ML-focused data roles.
- Expertise in data migrations, schema mapping, validation, and transformation pipelines.
- Provenexperience building and maintaining vector databases(e.g., OpenSearch, pgvector, qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, or Vespa).
- Hands-on experience withfine-tuning LLMs or GenAI models, particularly for customer-facing agents or data processing tasks.
- Experience integratingLLM-based APIs(OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI, Perplexity etc.) into real-world systems.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms, preferably AWS, including services such as Lambda, Glue, Redshift, S3, and EventBridge.
- Familiarity withCI/CD, infrastructure as code, and DevOps best practices.
- Strong knowledge ofdata privacy, governance, and compliance(SOC2, CJIS, GDPR).
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern orchestration frameworks (e.g., Airflow, Prefect).
- Clear communication skills and experience collaborating across product, engineering, and implementation teams.
