Job summary

RRA Capital is seeking its first AI and Data Architect to design and build the data foundation powering investment, operation, and eventual agent-based deployments. You will own the data across platforms and shape governance, security, and access, delivering a scalable foundation for AI copilots and an appified RRA experience.

You don’t need 15 years; you need production-ready excellence. Phoenix-based candidates are preferred, with New York City considered.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design and deploy production-grade data foundations.
• Experience building agentic AI systems and multi-step workflows.
• Familiarity with enterprise data governance and permissions.
• Comfort with independent work in a lean environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and build a unified data foundation powering investments and operations.
• Develop AI copilots and an agent-first operating model across teams.
• Translate business needs into scalable, secure data architectures.
• Deliver enterprise search across firm knowledge and govern data assets.
