Job summary

TriHire Solutions seeks an AI/Data Engineer to build and operate enterprise AI capabilities across a global organization. This hands-on role focuses on AI enablement, solution architecture, data and delivery, partnering with business and tech leaders to prioritize use cases and ensure governance.

You will design and deploy AI solutions, integrate with ERP, Microsoft 365, CRM, and data platforms, and help establish standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, BI, data architecture, or related discipline.
• Strong experience with Python, SQL, APIs, and cloud services.
• Experience designing or implementing cloud-based data platforms, data lakes, lakehouses, or data warehouses.
• Experience working with multiple ERP systems and enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI, agentic or intelligent automation solutions.
• Excellent communication with executives and technical teams.

Responsibilities

A global organization is seeking a AI/Data Engineer to help build and operate its enterprise artificial intelligence capabilities across a decentralized global business.

This is a hands on role focused on AI enablement, solution architecture, data, and delivery. They will work closely with business leaders and technology teams to evaluate AI opportunities, develop practical solutions, establish appropriate governance, and support adoption across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the intake, evaluation, design, and delivery of enterprise AI initiatives
• Partner with business and technology leaders to identify and develop high value AI use cases
• Design and integrate generative AI, RAG, agent based, and intelligent automation solutions
• Support the development of a modern enterprise data platform and trusted data sets
• Integrate AI solutions with ERP systems, Microsoft 365, CRM platforms, APIs, databases, document repositories, and workflow platforms
• Establish standards for AI development, testing, deployment, monitoring, documentation, and support
• Develop and support AI governance, security, privacy, risk, and responsible AI practices
• Provide training, workshops, coaching, and support to business teams adopting AI
• Work with internal teams and external implementation partners
• Help build and eventually lead a small global AI delivery team

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, business intelligence, data architecture, or a related discipline
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI, SQL, data engineering, ETL/ELT, and enterprise reporting
• Experience designing or implementing cloud based data platforms, data lakes, lakehouses, or enterprise data warehouses
• Experience working with multiple ERP systems and enterprise applications
• Recent hands on experience designing, developing, deploying, or supporting generative AI, agentic, or intelligent automation solutions
• Strong experience with Python, SQL, APIs, authentication, source control, testing, and cloud services
• Working knowledge of LLMs, prompt and context design, embeddings, vector search, RAG, AI evaluation, and monitoring
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications, structured data, documents, APIs, and business workflows
• Experience with AI governance, cybersecurity, data privacy, responsible AI, vendor risk, and technology controls
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with executives, business leaders, and technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or related Microsoft technologies
• Experience supporting global or decentralized organizations
• Experience with SOX, technology controls, data governance, auditability, or regulated environments
• Experience working with offshore or nearshore teams and external consulting partners
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field preferred
